As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I help adults and teens who are struggling with overthinking, excessive worrying, feeling overwhelmed, low mood, or frequent irritability. I work with people who want healthier relationships and more self-confidence. When you work with me, you’re not dealing with a big, anonymous telehealth company—you’re connecting directly with a real person who knows you, listens to you, and responds quickly. You get one-on-one, consistent care from someone who understands your history. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused strategies to help people better understand their thoughts, behaviors, and feelings. We then work as a team to identify realistic steps to help move things in a new direction. I offer support while also teaching specific skills to help people make change.
